The Arabia Anemone series showcases hand-painted flowers, leaves, and stripes in a warm, cobalt blue palette. This design is distinguished by its artful, calligraphic brushstrokes, reflecting the remarkable skill of Arabia’s ceramic artists. The hand-painted elements give each piece a unique character, with colors that range from light watercolor-like washes to rich, deep tones. This variation creates a striking sense of depth and a subtle three-dimensional effect within the design. Arabia stoneware dishes are made from natural clay. This can lead to different colors in the base mass. Some appear lighter and some darker. Color variations were deliberately used as part of the artist's design, so that every dish become a unique piece.
